A weekend favorite of mine, the oversized sweatshirt is an essential piece that's been doing some serious double duty in my wardrobe lately. I picked up this Topshop drop shoulder version at Nordstrom a few weeks ago and have been pairing it with leggings, a leather jacket, and Nike trainers during the week when I'm in mom-mode. Last weekend, however, I opted to style it with my favorite black jean and edgy accessories to take the look into evening.

In a classic winter white color, this sweatshirt looks sleek with a destructed black jean or coated legging. I also love that it's a comfy alternative to a blouse for a winter weekend night out.
